    Mine only lasted a year or so before the radiator clogged up to the point of overheating on every trip. I dang near killed that truck because of it on a long trip. My recommendation would be to get a new radiator. I did and my overheating issue was gone for good.... Thad

    This is solid advice. I chased a overheating problem for a few months. Just the radiator being corroded from using tap water in it instead of distilled water. Learned my lesson quick! Good Luck!

    Gents, I am looking to pickup a 1987 F250 which appears to be rust free. It also has a Hypermax turbo on the 6.9l engine. It also has a 5 speed and dana 60 swapped into it. This is the truck I have been looking for for awhile since I believe it to be the best setup for long term usage...

    Front Dana 60 seals

    Part of my problem is vacuum related. I ended up putting in some Warn manual hubs to avoid further issues with the vacuum ones. I just capped the A/C portion and the rest of the vacuum system will be out tomorrow. We'll see if any of this was responsible for the vibrations.... Thad
