    Curious of anyone has/had a 4x4 with 3.07 diffs, and a grunty 4spd? Was it truly pathetic? Or tolerable? What gas engine? Kind of trying to decide how to best use my Dana 61/71 axle pair. (Dodge)

    Dana 60/61 identification

    Wondering if there's an obvious casting 'tell' for the 61' or if all/most the castings Ford used had this extra webbing? My rear dodge 60 doesn't have it. Fwiw, this is claimed to be a '77 f250 diff in 4.10. The last time i saw this webbing, it was a 3.07 ratio Dana 61 from an 80's F250...

    2005+ D60 swap in 2wd?

    Anyone done this swap? Links/threads? Always read that the 2wd coil buckets work fine, but then most builds seem to have endless budgets and they buy all the 2005+ brackets or a whole rolling chassis. Not here... best I can possibly do is a '90ish f350 2wd frame.

    Wondering if anyone has the measurement handy for across the coil buckets/towers center to center? I'm putting a 2007 diff in something else. Dunno if factory leans the coils inward or keeps them full vertical.

    Does anyone know if there's enough space between the backing plates on the F-Superduty Dana 80 to fit it under an F250/F350? How about tire/wheel/spring clearance? (Obviously the perches need to be moved.)
