    I'am going to change my 1992 7.3 diesel to syn. oil instead of the dino. oil in her, Any thoughts on doing this? Also what oil filter you guys running and a parts number for it? The 7.3 has 150.000 miles on it if that matters.

    My tach quit working, what can i check for? Truck shifts hard and no o/d light comes on but i can tell it works, just no light comes on to let me know.

    Should this be bleed if the truck run out of fuel? If so do you do it with the truck running? Also where is the tank selector valve located at? Mine is not working correctly. How hard would it be to hook up a electric fuel pump and do away with the mecanical pump?

    What should i check , turbo is not boosting, it is spooling but i'am getting no boost. Have an exhaust leak in the pipe going to muffler Would that cause it not to boost?

    I know very little about diesels but at work we have a 2004 powerstoke V-8, would that be the 6.0? Also it has been leaking anti freeze at the fill resevoir bottle, it seemed to have a crack in the seam of the bottle so the boss bought a new one and put it on, ever since that it has been blowing...

    Would a fuel tank leaking cause me to loose my prime, sometimes truck will start and run 10-20 seconds and quit, then i have to crank and crank to get her going again. I know i have a leaking rear tank when i completley fill it up

    Running new maine rear brakeline,,,, what a pain!!!!

    How do i get the fitting on the rear axle rubber hose off? It looks like i have to replace the rubber hose on that block mounted on the rear axle. Do i have to buy a whole new block with hose already on it? If so how does that block come off the axle?

    Ok Fellow's i know i am posting this in the wrong forum but i fique more would read it here, i would like to know if syn. motor oil has a shelf life like the old dino. motor oil. You know how they say you should change your oil every 3,000 miles or x months? What about syn. oil ?
