What brand are you running and what are your thoughts on them? Deka wants $450.00 for 2 . I really dont want to spend that much i would go $300.00 tops.
I'am going to change my 1992 7.3 diesel to syn. oil instead of the dino. oil in her, Any thoughts on doing this? Also what oil filter you guys running and a parts number for it? The 7.3 has 150.000 miles on it if that matters.

So if i have the key on and i run a jumper wire from the white wire to the negative battery post i should here a click at the solenoid right? If no click does that mean the solenoid is bad or the whole controller need replaced?

My tach quit working, what can i check for? Truck shifts hard and no o/d light comes on but i can tell it works, just no light comes on to let me know.
Should this be bleed if the truck run out of fuel? If so do you do it with the truck running? Also where is the tank selector valve located at? Mine is not working correctly. How hard would it be to hook up a electric fuel pump and do away with the mecanical pump?

What should i check , turbo is not boosting, it is spooling but i'am getting no boost. Have an exhaust leak in the pipe going to muffler Would that cause it not to boost?
