Need electrical help!
I am driving from Washington to Texas with my 83 F250 6.9 IDI. I broke down in Hermiston OR. Went to get fuel, batteries were dead so jumped it and drove it to the auto parts store. Replaced the alternator, went to start it and turned over then everything died. Smoke coming from the passenger...- Roehre008

I’ve done everything I can think of. Replaced the starting cylenoid, replaced alternator, electrical circuit box. I’ve cut most of the fuseable links and replaced with butt connectors. I have power going to the cylenoid, no power to the fuse box. Thing is I can’t find no diagrams or anything...- Roehre008

Question, replaced alternator and truck smoked and lost all power, no light nothing. Not even my hot plug. Is it the regulator? Replaced the starting cylenoid. I can’t figure it out and I’m stuck in hermiston- Roehre008

@IDIBRONCO So I am up here working on the truck. Power steering pump got broke from a buddy trying to pry on it and come to find out the pulley itself is bent to all heck as well. I can’t find anything on finding a new pulley anywhere. Anything I can look up to find a cross reference or is there...- Roehre008

Awesome!! You have any preferences when it comes to gauge for these trucks, what do y’all find trustworthy? Also I don’t know if it has head studs or just the bolts, is that something I should be worried about with this turbo set up?- Roehre008

Also what would be the best set up with what you see in the pic for cross country driving? Fuel efficiency as well as towing a horse trailer. I’m 22 and I’ve been to every state west of Texas and started in WA. Having two horses I figured this truck would be the way to go. So here she is- Roehre008

Thank y’all so much! Gettin a lot off of here. So the extra fuel pump shouldn’t ever be used is what I’m taking, should I just eliminate it in the long run of things? Here’s a pic of the engine bay completely with the ats kit- Roehre008
