    Yeah I keep thinking of that, my point was to utilize the realistate on the exhaust side of the driveline. Never thought about it because of the heat from the exhaust. But with oil perhaps it a pro.

    I'm still looking for a sip tank for my 95 12v but I love large under bed hidden tanks. Im also dealing with cold oil. Any thoughts on putting a stainless tank near the exhaust. Heat the oil and clamp some realistate under the bed.

    I've thought of a few ways also, im leaning towards a transfer tank first. Bosh and another makes a low volume sub micron spin on filter for a bypass filter. If the lift pump was strong enough I imagine the best place would be on the return before the regulator. I don't think thease low volume...

    WMO in 3rd or 4th Gen Cummins

    I'm far from an expert, but its not a good idea. Just a little water can destroy injectors and they cost more for 3rd and 4th gen and more to replace. They run higher pressures weaker lifts and hp fuel pumps and the stock filter on 3rd gen 5.9 isn't even up to cummins requirements for the motor...
