Injectors without o-rings... do any exist?
So I was looking a bit into how return lines work on other diesel engines of the same era. On the Detroit 6.5L, the injectors have two metal nipples that a return line hose just slips onto. Some hoses are made that don't even require clamps. All injectors have two nipples, so a cap is placed...- danda

A question for Injection Pump rebuilders and experts.
Calling for help from those of you that have rebuilt one of these IPs! I need info about the IP outlet "Fuel Return Regulator Housing Pressure Fitting". Ok, so some call it a "check valve" but apparently it is supposed to regulate IP fuel pressure somehow. Anyway, I'm referring to the IP...- danda

Source for new injector nozzles?
Can any of the injector rebuilders (or anyone) comment on where to obtain new nozzles these days? Also, I'd appreciate any insights on what causes an old nozzle to become leaky, and what if anything can be done about it.- danda

How is fuel pressure maintained?
Ok, I'm trying to understand how the fuel system works, especially the low pressure side. So the pump draws from the tank, through the fuel filter, and into the IP. The fuel filter housing, IP, and injectors are each connected to the return line. The return line returns back to the tank...- danda

Air intrusion on 1990 7.3L f350 with banks turbo
Ok guys, so I've got the classic hard start due to air intrusion. I bought this truck used in 2000 with 113k miles on it and have use it very infrequently, so mostly it has sat.
