Your thoughts on my reliability problems
Currently my choices for a daily at the moment are a 1987 F250 6.9 4x4 or the 1997 F250 7.3 OBS PSD 4x4. Both are high mileage worked hard trucks and I love them both. 96 First Powerstroke
Picked up a 1996 7.3 powerstroke with 285k on it yesterday. It is pretty clean body work wise and runs good. Pulled a 1987 out of a hole
I am working on getting a 1987 F250 with the 6.9 Diesel and a 4 speed up and around again, I drug it out of a hole and did the basics (batteries, filter, fluids, sca and what not) and she fired right up.
