    The probe is installed about 3 inches before the turbo. I personally would have done it right after the turbo but its already there. So i should be looking for it to be below 1300?

    I am completely new to the IDI world and have very limited knowlege of diesel engines to begin with so I am learning as I go. so nothing you say will come off as smart @ss to me. its all new information as I have always built gas engines, so the basic principals are there but I lack the details.
