5.9 randomly loses power and shuts off
Try stretching the overflow valve spring. My 1994 did the same type of thing and it was the overflow valve. The spring was weakened over time. I stretched the spring and it corrected the problem. Then I replaced the overflow valve.- Olin Thomas

1995 dodge 12 valve oil leak
I once added oil and forgot to put my oil filler cap on tight. Driving down the road unseated the filler cap and covered the engine and underneath with oil. Is your filler cap seated correctly? Is the seal still there?- Olin Thomas
