7.3 Injector Pump For Sale
1993 7.3 Stanadyne Injector pump. It ran when i pulled it off the truck. i pulled it off to put a "turned up" injector pump on my truck. If nothing else it would make a good core for a "Moose Pump" or a good rebuilder. http://martinsburg.craigslist.org/pts/1437008492.html- bradrob82

might be getting another oil burner
i talked to the owner today. he has intentions on swapping in the 6.9 with the hypermax turbo that i mentioned above, instead of fixing the oil cooler, he knows the 6.9 is almost brand new, truck was just in rear collision. he said he would rather do that then fix the oil cooler and something...- bradrob82

in shanghai in my friends yard, he bought it at a sale somewheres. he bought it and was going to swap a low mileage 6.9 from dealers diesel w/ hypermax turbo out of a wrecked truck into it. but since he is getting up in years, i highly doubt it will ever get done, i was going to offer him...- bradrob82

might be getting another oil burner
this past week i stumbled onto a 89 F-350 4x4 Dually 7.3 Diesel 5spd 170k miles. the only thing i know is that the oil and antifreeze are mixed, so that leads me to believe the o rings in the oilcooler are bad. i am not sure what the guy wants for it, what do you all think would be a fair...- bradrob82

E4OD shifts Hard when hot and Slow IDLE in Gear!!! Is this common???
thanks i will check the range sensor out. i have a tach sensor on order at the moment. my od light works as it should. truck just seems to shift up and down hard. almost slams into gear- bradrob82

nick did you ever find out what your problem was?? mine has just recently developed the same problem. i have already replaced my FIPL and Baro sensor within the specs writtin in the tips at the top of this forum. fluid and filter in the tranny changed about 20k miles ago.- bradrob82

Dies 1-2 seconds after start
if your refering to the fuel pump on the pass side of the block, i have replaced mine here recently in the last couple weeks. and i still have that problem.- bradrob82

what the hell
i had thoughts about doing that to my truck and just making a small flatbed on the back, the only snag i run into is when i pull a gooseneck trailer, it will put it too close to cab and it would hit the back of the cab, besides that it would be awesome. especially here in a couple years when...- bradrob82

I had the same problem with mine over the past year, it sucked because i had to hold rubber boot portion of shifter and yank the top back just to get truck into 4wd and then most the time it popped into neutral. Why do I want an IDI?
if i find one that meets your description i will certainly let ya know, i know where there are a couple standard cabs at, but only 1 x cab, its a 7.3, 87-91 body style, auto, 4wd, it has a utility bed on it at the moment, i can see what the guy wants for it if interested- bradrob82
