Should I keep the old alternator (external voltage regulator) and bring that wiring harness over to new engine so I can just plug in and go or do I want to use the '94 (internal regulator) alternator? 2. Three parts on a tray mounted to the passenger side fender. One is the voltage regulator for alternator. Second is aftermarket and not hooked up. Maybe a plow or something back in the day. Third is the mystery part.- Jimmy Wells

Only thing going into it is wires. I’ll double check for a spot where a hose should be. I bought this jewel a few months ago...started my drive home and 70 miles into the trip it threw a rod. Dropping a new motor in now and didn’t know what that part was. Thanks!!!- Jimmy Wells
