E4OD to zf5 swap 1990 F350
ZF5 is much shorter. I just did this swap but in an extended cab. I was fortunate enough to have a parts truck so I just swapped everything over. I would measure for you but mine are 4 wheel drive so different lengths.- Robert Johnson

Road trip time
I did 1,500 miles in 24 hours from North Dakota to Texas towing a uhaul, in a 94 with the IDIT and the E4OD. Truck has almost 300k miles. Had the cruise set on 75 the whole time. No problems.
