There was enough in the bushings. Was able to get a degree or so of negative camber then just spun them back for a bit extra caster until the tires were straight. Keep in mind none of this was done with precision tools but should be good enough to put a few test miles on.- gregmiller185

Well, got my transfer case swap done and everything working as it should. Speedometer is actually pretty close now being I went from 3.55 gears to 4.10s. Also fabbed up a front bumper this weekend. They claimed 3.2 degrees of adjustment but would be nice to save some for caster. Worst case is I’ll have to adjust my spring pack... Decided to go ahead and swap transfer cases today. Ya I suppose with the 92 frame that’ll definitely be an option. Ya I pulled it out and back in, I’ve got adjustable ball joint cams but just set them at 0. Hoping the few degrees of adjustment will be enough to straighten it out.- gregmiller185

Well, spoke with Baumann controls and looks like it should be shipping out on the 31st, so hopefully have it in a couple weeks from now. Appreciate the responses, ya the more I look into it the more I realize how much of a headache this will be as I will clearly need the later dash wiring. Ya no kidding! All well.. gives me something I enjoy doing during these times. Never thought of using the pre 92 TCM. I wonder if the entire harness would plug right into the round 50? pin connector keeping me from having to make my own harness. Hmmm I’m pretty limited as far as wrecking...- gregmiller185

They are 38” Michelin XML’s, had them laying around and was the main reason I bought the truck. Just wanted something to throw them on but has since snowballed into an entire drivetrain/chassis swap haha- gregmiller185

No this one does not have a cable. I believe it’s the first year they switched. It does have the speed sensor in the rear diff which is all the baumann controller needs and would obviously be required for the factory computer too but not sure if the PSOM (I believe it’s called) is also needed...- gregmiller185

Here’s how I got the truck. A month later.The 92. The body is currently on, suspension swapped, diesel core support, fuel tanks work, etc. etc. just haven’t got pics of it yet.- gregmiller185
