i just replaced both front and rear tank i did not remove the bed i removed the straps and disconnected them form the hoses and connector after tilting the tank towards the rear of the vehicle installed the same way no bed removal
finally repaired wiring now on to the glow plugs and then it will finally be done all new brakes new front hubs new shocks new springs new lights all away around new electrical parts and new fuel tanks already all done need to get i back on the road soon

the problem might actually be in your ignition or a break in a wire somewhere that still has continuity but not enough intact to carry a load hope this helps best of luck and from the clicking relays look and find the wire colors going to them i may be able to assist with some wiring diagrams
i have found 2 so far thanks one more light and something in my glow plug circuit I didn’t notice before until after I was checking the outcome of the grounds disappearing and noticed I had written down wrong wire color for it so I had been trying to track it on the wrong components
