ZF5 Drain Plug Leaks
I have a zf5 w a drain plug that has an aluminum seal ring on it. Torqued my drain plug bolt to 60Nm per the zf5 manual and it’s got a slow drip (small stain on driveway overnight). ZF5 gear rollover noise
So I have a 92 7.3 IDI w/ a zf5 and recently was visiting my dad that has a 96 7.3 powerstroke w/ a zf5 and noticed that his truck has an extremely loud almost deafening noise when the clutch is out in neutral. Persistent coolant leak
I just replaced my heater hoses to the heater core… added some ball valves for increased ac efficiency. Can't line up Dana 50 leaf spring center pin
So I've only dealt w solid axles, my f250 is my first ttb. Put some new bushings in my leaf springs and shackles (I have basically an oem setup). In the process of re plumbing my intake system right now, and I am using some 1" hydraulic hose for the cdr from the IP cover.
