    Is the truck a daily driver? If so i wouldnt worry too much, but a good dot style inspection wouldnt hurt.     Definitely add a gauge. Classic diesel sells a nice feed line with a gauge. Also check your grounds and the condition of the plug on the filter housing.

    I switched my complete setup when i installed it, so didnt have have true baseline. Went from a banks sidewinder to r&d stage 1 turbo, 110cc ip, stage 1 cam, stage 1 injectors, 3" downpipe, r&d intake manifold and cold air intake. But cruising at 65 is around 600

    Also the way it looks to me. The valve is installed backwards from how it is intended to work, so wouldnt the crankcase pressure from the banks system going into the outlet side of the cdr valve keep the valve closed. Efectively keeping the crankcase pressure trapped.

    Banks adapter should go to intake. Cdr i thought the cdr was in the valve cover. Still isnt needed.

    You tied the cdr to the banks adapter. You trapped the crank pressure. The banks or cdr should tie into the intake or setup as road draft tube.

    It shouldn't click except for when it is engaged and disengaged after 10 seconds or so. Only time mine has ever clicked was from a loose wire affecting resistance.

    i put a dab of blue loc-tite on mine when i put it on. Ive seen the spin off upon shutting the engine off.

    Just over 34k gross. 7.3 with sidewinder, zf5, 4.10 gears. Mostly flat land
