I have not. These things seem to be sensitive and I didn’t wanna throw something out of wack if I did and maybe put a little much on it. Then again I guess it’s an option considering I’m screwed either way .. [emoji23]

Yea good point my only issue with that was the fuel would run down the back of the motor to the bell housing and possibly pulling some into my clutch etc (ZF5)

Woah yea def can’t do that right now
I really appreciate the offer. My situation right now with work and the mother of my kids will not allow that lol
As stated above I didn’t pay for the other one I got from the parts store
Guess I’ll just have to save up or idk maybe a miracle will happen...
Best I could do right now since I’m at work
Yea truck ran really well. I let it sit for about a week and she fired right up. I can barely tap the key after glow plug light goes off. Even without the throttle she would never hesitate .. now this crap [emoji43]
Sorry for so many ?s but what would...
Sorry guys for the late response
I’ll see if I can get a pic of the leak it’s def not coming from the olives
Seems to be coming from this spot here I’ve cleaned the area and fired up. Only spot I can see leaking

Could I fix the leak issue on my old pump
I had a spare laying around as a core so I kept the one that come off the truck like I said it ran perfect just leaked fuel a little from the inlet side ( I’d have to show a pic of where it was )

Yea what I was thinking.. I still have the pump that came out like I said it just leaked fuel in the valley
A drip here and there, fired right up and ran like a brand new one ... should I send that one out ?
Yea the pump I had on it ran flawless just leaked from the inlet area . Not sure what it’s called ( in between all the lines ) on the injection pump.
Update so I advance the pump a little, runs alot better but either way I still have long hot cranks .. maybe the timing is causing this not sure...
Pump was purchased at advance ( not by me ) but no I have not properly timed it yet . That’s my next step just curious if there’s something I’m missing other than the timing that could be check till I can find someone with the equipment around to do so
Have a 1990 f250 7.3 idi zf5 4x4
Just installed a new injection pump
Got everything hooked back up lined up etc
Now it bogs around 1500 to 2000 rpms
After around 2300 it will pick up and smooth out some but still not as much power any help is appreciated thanks
Update .. I pulled the valve covers and checked the valves/rockers etc
Found one valve that had some play in it
Seems to me like the spring is either broke or wore out def not seating completely
Also found a lot of wear on the rockers(valve side )
Is there anyway to flush these engines
I had...
Seems to be after it warms up it gets louder
Kinda just sounds like it’s running rough when you first start it
But popping def gets louder after driving a little
