here's what I've gotten so far.. intercooler setup off an early 1999 F250 (waiting on mounting brackets and other hardware from CP Addicts) a set of baby swamps with very low milage from a trusted source.. sadly weather has turned nasty and my shop is too cold too work lol

built my own::: used a Bosch pump, 6.9L filter head (it uses a finer filter then the powerstroke) and a FAAS pressure regulator with custom bent steel line. still working out some kinks:: mainly fuel leaks < LOL

I have at least 200 rpms and it’s a new lift pump ( I know it could still be weak ) I’m starting to think the inj pump is going out.
I want to put all new stuff on with an electric pump.
Nope not even on ether which is how I got it running earlier. This truck has been a real pain since he got it. It had sat for almost 10 years due to a bad lift pump
Well we had the engine running half way decent and a return hose came off so I shut it down and now I’m back to square one. About ready to go get a new pump and injectors and start from scratch.
I use a set of hose pincher and pinched off the line off filt and #2 inj to pump then pulled line off pump and had son crank eng. Have fuel coming out of top fitting on pump. Reinstalled said line.
Okay tad confused. I have fuel return from #2 inject to pump but I thought I should have fuel coming from pump as extra from the top housing going back to the tank not from the return side of injectors to the pump.
Lubed o-rings with fuel and clean oil mix

I forgot to post that I redone his mistake by installing a 7.3 kit. Could having the wrong kit screwed up something.
Also I don’t have any fuel out of the return fitting on the pump.
