    When my truck was on the road I was dosing Honda ATF nice purple fluid. Did it do anything? No idea. I can say in my car Marvel Mystery oil has 198K OEM injectors looking brand new. It is 2oz per 5 gallons for gasoline. I do it to lube the fuel pump mostly. **** has gone up 35% lately!

    I would wonder about metal from rings, crank, cam, babbit etc going into the injectors. I know a guy that sold his distilling company up near Chitcago. He's a chemical engineer. They did work for Lucas, Chevron and more. AFAIK he still does sales for them. Getting a hold of him is the trick.

    I topped the tank off with 20gal, 20oz of Power Service . Drove it 10mi. Got home and smelled brakes. Passenger side caliper is hanging up. Not blowing any black smoke. Set the mirror to watch. None.
