my truck pulling a tractor couldn’t hardly make it up a hill today the rpms was around 2500 and wouldn’t shift right and didn’t ever make it over 40 mph it was billowing black smoke any ideas would be appreciated

I changed my crv valve the other day because I noticed oil coming out of my turbo and the hose coming from the crv is blowing steam like smoke out of it and evidently the steam has oil in it. I thought changing the crv might fix the problems but it didn’t cut down the steam/ smoke. What is wrong...
So my radiator has no circulation of fluid as far as I can tell I took top hose off and no fluid being pumped out and I open the cap and the fluid is not circulating is this normal or is something wrong the truck isn’t over heating according to my gauge?

I bought my 1994 7.3 turbo with 196,000 miles to pull a tractor with. I probably wouldn't end up hauling it more than 60 miles one way at a time. my luck is great when it comes to buying used vehicles lol soon after buying the truck now im looking at replacing the injection pump and everything...
im looking at buying a fuel system kit for my 1994 7.3 turbo . I read hall of shame I didn’t recall seeing Pensacola listed if it was I over looked it . Are there pumps and injectors worth buying ?
I’m going to change my injection pump I am not going to act like a mechanic I’m more of a part changer. Is there any thing or things that I should be cautious about while doing this and is this something just a “ part changer “ can or should try to do.
