Injection Pump

What typically fails in the PSOM??? I've replaced the VSS and saw some punctured areas so I cut them out and replaced with new wire and then sleeved all of it. Throttle loss when engine is warm
I have an issue. I was driving the truck today and it was great, no issues or anything while it was cold. Drove for about 8 miles and once it was good and warm it lost all throttle response.
