    strange whirring noise.

    Guys, I have my '89 with a ZF-5 with a strange problem. Every so often ( with out warning) I hear a whirring noise from underneath the vehicle. It happens in either 4th or 5th gear and at 1000 to 1600 rpms. Depressing the clutch doesnt seem to affect the noise level much and without warning it...

    throw out bearing woes.. I FOUND THE PROBLEM, and it was simple, too!

    Seat options?

    I have an 1989 F-250 extended cab pick up with a bench front seat. Its used mostly for driving to work, however I am in need of a new front seat that is not in bad shape. What years model can I look at for a replacement? I would consider captains chairs but prefer a bench seat. Please advise.
