I am looking for information relating to the best fuel economy I can get in a 1966 F100 with a diesel engine. Questioning my timing
The information Iam looking for is how to hook up the meter when using a timing light instead of the luminosity probe. I have the instruction manual for the 78-0100 timing meter. I recently purchased a Rotunda Tach/Timing Meter 78-0100 with the 7.3 IDI adapter. The unit is missing the luminosity probe and the Cetane gravity tester. 1989 F350 Starting Running Problems. . . HELP
I purchased this truck new, first new one for me. It has 120,000 +/- miles on it. Can anyone explain to me (novice in the diesel field) what the pressure sensor installed on #1 injector does? What it's purpose is? How it affects the running of the engine?
