    Exhaust leak in overdrive only?

    7.3 isi factory turbo. While in overdrive and above 2000rpm it sounds like it has an exhaust leak. I can put it in neutral and rev it to 2500 rpm with no sound. No clue please help

    I own a '94 7.3 factory turbo. Wanting to get at least 325HP out of it. What are some recommendations? Been looking at swapping to a hypermax pulse turbo. Not sure if that would be beneficial or not. What direction would you go?

    HELP PLEASE, at a loss

    My 94 7.3 idi turbo cannot be fixed. It shakes between 1100 and 1400 rpm. I had the injectors tested and 8 were bad, so replaced all 8. The problem still exist just not as bad, shakes at idle, in park at the low rpm and driving down the road. I just put a new pump and injectors on 3 years ago...

    Replaced all 8 eight injectors after being told 5 were bad. Problem is not as bad but still there. What to try next.

    I have a factory turbo 7.3 idi and the entire truck shakes between 1000 and 1500 rpms. It feels like its loping at idle and clears up above 1500 rpm. No smoke. Cracked fuel lines at each injector and idle changed on all of them. Going to have injectors pop tested by diesel shop, just wondering...

    It is a factory turbo truck. I did the clear fuel line test and I have no air intrusion. I did recently put in a rear main seal. Maybe there's something with the flywheel?

    94 7.3 idk shakes at idle gets worse between 1100 and 1400 rpm, then clears up in the higher rpm range. Any ideas.

    Little more power

    1994 7.3 idi turbo. I am wanting to add a little more power but not sure which way to go. Thinking about R&D RD2-80 or 90 pump, my only question is would I need to go ahead and run the stage 1 injectors and at what point do you start thinking about head studs? Also what are yall running for exhaust?

    No fuel leaks. While pulling one of the injectors one of them is stuck. Any pointers on how to remove it, seems like its unscrewing itself in the middle.

    I have a 94 idki turbo and replaced all driver side injector o rings and copper washers. After doing so I now have a vibration between 1100 and 1400 rpm. It goes away at idle and once I'm higher than 1500 rpm. I have bled the lines and doesnt help. What could this be?
