So what did you do with your truck today?

Pardon my lack of understanding...but what's the advantage over stock? I have an H-pattern with the fuel returning to the tank off the driver rear of the motor....

So what did you do with your truck today?

Say...what's that fittting fer? Looks rather interesting...elaborates can you? Is that a "one-way check valve" for the fuel return....possibly?

    How to attach lugnut caps?

Pair o' Channel Locks...just give 's a little squeeze (you don't need much) on the dimple sides. They're a friction fit.

    Fuel lines leaking... everywhere

For the time being...I've pulled the FSV...so the SuperDuke will be running on one tank. Just until I can confab a "true 3/8 feed~ 5/16 return" set of lines. In all this tinkering and searching, I discovered that the fuel feed and return lines (OEM) are only 6.35mm...even though the...

    Fuel lines leaking... everywhere

No that's me trying to figure out how to get the truck back on the road without spending $200-300 for new fuel lines...I removed the original crap connects after spending hours trying to pick the old o=rings and poke new ones in (whilst bathing in diesel drippage). However, the PO did use 3/16...

    Fuel lines leaking... everywhere

Starting to think I need to relocate the FSV...even if I go "top dollar", with Quick Connect-to-AN adapters on the FSV---then AN-to-Tubing, there isn't enough room between the frame rails in the original location. Still searching the interweb for some kinda "PushLock" to Quick Connect 90...…...

    Fuel lines leaking... everywhere

OEM FSV unit works...But it's mounted in the frame in such a way that it requires four 90 degree transitions, without adequate clearance for connecting fuel hoses without kinking. Its all the connections from the fuel tanks, and to the FSV that I want to eliminate. Probably should've mentioned...

    Fuel lines leaking... everywhere

Hoping the community can help me on this...really not sure how to proceed.I've searched the forums, and maybe I'm just not wording it right. I've looked online, nothing seems to fit the bill... All of the OEM hardline quick-connects are leaking. Is there a simple way of deleting these? It seems...

    Tire choices

THE FOLLOWING IS NOT AN AD, NOR A SPECIFIC ENDORSMENT OF ANY KIND...JUST MY OPINION...WELL BASED (NOT BIASED) ON YEARS (AND MANY MILES) OF DIRECT OBSERVATION AND PERSONAL EXPERIENCE... BIASED PLY TIRES ARE FOR OFF-ROAD...ATV's, UTV's, BACKHOE's, FRONT-LOADERS...EVEN AIRPLANE's....NOT YER DD...

My facet mechanical to electric fuel pump conversion review.

So...uh...if I'm understanding, to work around the factory IP design limitations: Flow of lines (feed side and return) with restrictions factored in; must equal or exceed max flow of fuel pump, at any given rpm, at desired rate of delivery (to match expected HP levels). And then....some...
