HYDROBOOSTER CHANGED?
Not hard to change, just time consuming and expensive !! Go with a new boost/master cyl unit, not rebuilt, you will have less problems and it will last a lot longer. Just make sure that the unit you are replacing it with is identical in specs. I hope you have the fiberglass tilt front end...- abbamover

I feel for ya , all that hardware is a backbreaker especially the hub assemblies. Real awkward getting them onto the spindles without damaging the new oil seals by yourself. Brakes applying by themselves
If I might add a little info. I have the same system in a 89 F800 and have also had problems with it. Replaced the rear brake assm on both sides from Ford, the hydro-boost assm as new, the pump , front calipers, rotors, drums, etc. Total in parts was over $ 2500.00 CAN.
