Air bag auto levelling
92. They don't make em anymore .I have the original install manual too. I'm assuming maybe a 99+ style could work as I've put OBS reunel bumpers on super duty trucks. My system replaces rear shackle with bracket with bags.- FordIDIot

Banks pyrometer gauge issues
Sounds like your egt probe is shot. That gauge works on mili-volts. My same gauge with a new isspro sender sits at the 50dg mark whenever it's cold.- FordIDIot

ya ok i may be wrong about how i worded it but if you just put a huge 4" straight pipe even with a really nice flowing Y-pipe it will give you a few more ponies on the top end with a loss on bottom end. ive done exhaust on several IDI NA trucks and over the years and ive learned what works. for...- FordIDIot

if you dont have a turbo you need some back pressure otherwise you will loose bottom end power. no reason to go over a 3" system- FordIDIot

Zf 5 heater
check hydraulics? typ4 was having clutch hydraulic issues with cold weather. i feel most zf5 problems come from hydraulics or pedal rack problems IF they arnt messed up from someone jamming gears and/or running wrong fluid- FordIDIot

Looking at buying a 92 7.3 IDI how well will it tow?
its a little laggy but nothing shoving your foot down more wont cure. if you have a manual id almost recommend wastegated. for auto the non-wg is not so much of an issue.- FordIDIot

obs dually running light circuit
the cab lights is not an issue. i pulled the harness from a local wrecker. i just have no idea where this other circuit is for the dually fender lights. thats ok ill leave them connected as-is for now till i can find a oem drw truck to pick over- FordIDIot

yes via my owners manual a DRW truck has the cab and fender lights on another circuit with a relay in the power distribution box im assuming ford did not make special harnesses for DRW trucks. im sure the plugs are around in the back but i cant see them. google searches for harnesses or info...- FordIDIot

Fuel pump help
put fuel in it. remove fuel line to fuel pump. find air nozzle with rag wrapped around it. insert in fuel tank and see if you can get fuel to come out of the line. reconnect, prime and drive! i see you have your hands full with that old dodge jalopy! talk about rubber frames- FordIDIot
