    Thanks for the info. I'm curious, when you say redrill the hub, are you talking about drilling new stud holes completely or redrilling the existing stud holes offset to line up with the 6.5 pattern? Also, do you have a lead on a machine shop that will actually do this?

    I just found the Classic Diesel Design website. There is some great stuff on there that I'm already getting my interest peaked. I like the idea of the intake, the hat, a 110 pump and a nice upgraded turbo.

    I have a factory turbo kit from a 1994 7.3 IDI. Question, what are some better ideas of upgraded turbos to use and adapt to fit? I noticed R&D website says they are sold out of their Borg Warner turbos. I'd like to get some better ideas on turbo ideas.

    @trackspeeder , thank you. Thats what i was thinking. Im sure someone has used the 6 bolt converter, but i figuerd the starter, flexplate and possibly an adapter for the crack would be needed. Like was stated earlier, i doubt the idit will make enough power to ever cause an issue with the 4...

    So in your opinion theres no reason to run the 6 bolt converter from the PSD. I appreciate the info. I hadnt had the 97 e4od apart, and wasnt even sure the 4 bolt converter would fit the newer trans mission. Thats great to know, THANK YOU!

    The way im reading it, the 1990 a/c system has 1 pressure switch that does an on off cycle, but the 1994 a/c does use the high and low switches. Also, the 94 uses a different Evaporator, but i assume thats due to the dash design change from the 87-91 dashes. Im hoping someone can shed some...

    Nothing really wrong with the v belt setup, the 94 engine is all complete and everything, including idler, tensioner, alt.
