    How is the tire wear? Does it drive straight down the road? Oh yeah where are you now. I am in Mesa Az. If close I can look at it. Your steering wheel needs to be close to on center. When you turn the wheel off center you start applying power steering power.

    with the caps disconnected on glow plugs measure from tip to ground on ohms. Change the ones that are open.

    If your radiator is full now you can plug in the block heater to help start it. 1 to 2 hrs.

    remove your blower motor and look inside for debris. Besides the other stuff as mentioned above fan motor it is probably not the resistor assembly since you said nothing about having high fan.

    Check out the ignition cylinder again. Especially if you remove the key in any position other than off. It sounds like the key is coming out in the accessory position.

    unplug angle connector and connect 12v to relay after you have hooked it all back up normally. That is how you normally bump engine over without having key on.

    Are you using Mercon v fluid? Higher boiling point. My 92 e350 temp runs 170/180. My 90 f250 likes to push 200/ 215. Both rigs have the same coolers fluid. The van has about 30k on factory rebuilt tranny and larger pan. The pickup has almost 100k on truck and small pan.
