Best RTV to seal the injection pump gear housing?
Hello all, two months ago I took off the IP gear housing and since then it has leaked oil into the valley pan and dripped out of the back of the block through the drainage hole. Hard starting when it's 80 degrees outside
When the truck has been sitting overnight, I let the glow plugs heat up for 10 seconds with a manual override momentarily switch, start cranking and I see raw fuel out the exhaust 2 seconds into cranking and it's so hard to start, it takes about 20 30 seconds of cranking.
