Its acting like it's out of fuel when I get up to 2000 rpm. But the timing is good because I drove it for a week befor it started doing this.

Too end of the whole block both heads and everything else is all new. My glow plugs are new and all my injector s have new seals.

My truck has gotten worse. My truck wont even get up to 2000 rpm with out sputtering and spitting. I don't see any signs of my injectors leaking. It ran fine for a week and now it's running poorly. What's the issue

Has anyone by passed a fuel water separator ? I'm wondering if it's causing my truck to suck in air and cause my shuddering and spitting when I reeve my engine up.

Well we took the pump and scribed the gear housing but pump got turned after being taken out. That's why I'm asking if that could be the issue

And I just rebuilt my top end and I didn't have this problem befor that's why I'm asking. It starts up cold with no problem and idles good but when I give it throttle it pops spits and cuts out

Could the injection pump timing cause my truck to spit spudder and cut out when I give it throttle when I'm reeving the motor? Or is the water fuel separator, dirty fuel filter or what ?

That is exactly the box I have big bulky aluminum rectangle ha. Ok what is the CDR then because im going to try to make this truck run best I can I'm not looking to make a power monster but a good work horse.

Now I hope my exhaust isn't to short because it's dumping right behind the cab straight piped for now till I have time to fix it.

I'm going to have to do that. I was going to eliminate the huge box and do a cone filter my truck runs about 2000 to 2200 rpm while I'm driving at 35- 40. And I'm looking to put 4inch coming off my down pipe out the back. But my turbo only allows for 3 inch down pipe.

I'm really not sure but I want to say it's cranked because I role cole more than I want to. Also it's lagging like I have to much fuel. I also don't drive with my foot heavy to the mat
