    I can't imagine how the voltage can get as low as 6v-9v, unless you have a massive draw somewhere.

    You'd probably need a CDL to drive it as-is, with the ambulance body.

    I wouldn't turbocharge an N/A IDI, the Stock turboed '93 and up 7.3L IDI had beefier rings and other components, and I've seen a ton of messed up IDIs that had aftermarket turbo kits.

    Southern Oregon ay?I'm in southern Oregon too. Did you ever put sulfer additive in the fuel? If not, the lube-lacking fuel probably wore out the IP.

    The fact that he used some speech to text ("2 will drive"), and no bothering for punctuation and grammar at all, kinda hints he's trying to sell it in a hurry without really caring. And he says it's "turbo diesel", I doubt it has any coolant additives, so the cylinder walls are probably almost gone.

    I fixed the lights on our '83 E-150 by doing individual wires (besides the rear license plate light, which the fixture is completely brittle and broken), Now I have to fix other gremlins on it, but I dread doing it because behind the dash, and practically everywhere on it, it's cramped, barely...
