    A first gen banks places the cdr on the air box so whatever oil is going through the cdr will end up passing through the compressor. It can't be that bad, mine is fine.     Went to go fishing with my brother, made it less than 10 miles and clutch went to the floor. Pulled over and found the clutch line had come out of the bracket holding it to the fire wall and landed on the up pipe and melted in two. Drove it back to their house, went fishing with another truck...

    Well this was Saturday but my brother and I threw the Jon boat in the truck and went to one of our favorite private fishing spots. Truck is in this picture just small. Caught enough crappie and bream on the fly rod for supper for 4 people tonight.

    We have one in a F700 dump truck backed by an Allison. It's ok. And by "ok" I mean it starts up and runs and goes down the road. With a good load in the bed going up a hill you pretty much put it to the floor...and pray you make it to the top. It wouldn't be my first choice in a medium duty...

    Well my wife's car broke down about an hour away from home so went and got her on the car trailer. Can't complain too bad, she's had it 7 years and 130k miles with no problems. I'll fix it tomorrow.

    80$ for the pair of springs. It was an easy job, only took an hour working at a leisurely pace. Keep in mind I'm a Ford mechanic and did this at work after hours. It may take longer in the backyard.

    Replaced my old sagging front springs. The front end picked up 1.5" on both sides after the swap, feels like it rides better now.

    Got some tunes. Was in the scrap pile at work, not sure why because it works. First vehicle I've owned with a radio in a few years, probably won't use it unless my wife is riding.
