    I think i did good

    Just bought a 94 7.3 turbo. From the fan to the driveshaft. Zf5 speed and transfer case with clutch pedal and all the brackets and such. For 850.00. Dont know much of the history but it was wrecked is why it has been sitting. Mileage is unknown.

    Intercooler sizing

    Am I wrong to think a intercooler that measures 30x12x3or4 is plenty big enough for a factory turbo 7.3 idi. That's the size of the hyper max. Is their more to it than that?? Obviously plumbing. but size wise.

    Lift pump pressure

    I installed a fuel pressure guage at the filter head. It runs around 5psi at idle and light throttle, at full throttle it drops to 0 or near 0. Any thoughts. I am thinking it would be a good time to do a electric pump

    Rebuilt sterling 10.25

    I may have messed up

    So my rear axle had some problems. Long story short I put a axle out of a 88 in my 92. The 10.25 works great no speedometer. Old axle has no sensor. I figured that was for rear anti lock that didn't work and light was on. So is this why speedo Inop. I am afraid I have to change this out ???

    No start no smoke
