2002 f250 7.3 no power to ac relay.
no power to ac relay. in cab controls work power to purple wire. relay works when jumped. both low and high pressure switches jumped. No power to ac compressor clutch. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Don- donald

instrument cluster lights
I have a 2002 f250SD the instrument cluster lights have not worked sense i bought it. I have been trying to fix them but can not find a problem to fix, the warning lights work, all gauges work, just no illumination. Any idea's? Thanks Don- donald

Lots of Brass found in hpop oil
While fixing oil leaks on top of engine i pulled a plug out of cylinder head hpop oil galley. Saw a line of what looked like very small brass particles in the oil! I then drained the engine oil and found a small amount of brass in it. My question is can the hpop be going out and is that what is...- donald

oil cooler leaking oil
cleaned off the oil cooler and can see the oil come out from the gasket where the cooler bolts onto the block above the oil filter. Can i remove and rebuild the oil cooler with motor still in truck? Is it better to remove motor?- donald

Looking for heated fuel line or options to replace
Hello i have a 86 f250 with 6.9 and need to replace my heated fuel line from fuel pump to filter assembly. I can make a new fuel line but not with a heater in it. Is the heater needed? Are their any options or dealers for a replacement? Last problem to solve after changing motor and upgradeing...- donald

6.9idi to 7.3 powerstroke swap
I have 86 f250 4x4 4spd with 6.9 non turbo that burns a good bit of oil. I found a 95 ambulance with 180k miles 2wd auto trans 7.3 for $600. My question is what do i have to change to make powerstoke work in my 86. Is it wroth it or should i find a good used idi motor. Thanks- donald
