2003 6.0 Rough Idle, Low Power/Over Power
2003 F250 Crew Cab 4x4 225,000 miles All original the best I can tell This truck is new to me... had it about 5,000 miles. Sometimes it runs perfect. Sometimes it has a steady miss at highway speed when "lugging" if so, I can give it fuel and down shift and it will stop missing until it up...- Joe83

1999 F350 TS 6 POS chip
Someone gave me a 6pos chip. Not sure of the year tho... I installed it and it started.. 1 stock 2 high idle 3 better performance more boost 4 black smoke 5 lots of black smoke Shifts different, seems soft... Is this ok to run?- Joe83

ICP Sensor Leak
I found my ICP was loose and leaking oil. I removed it, cleaned everything, removed the orange deteriorated o ring and replaced it with a green A/C o ring which was handy. 2 days later it's leaking again. Was tight but oring was damaged/blown out. Is there a specific oring that can be purchased...- Joe83

99 F350 cutting out/oil leak
I have been having trouble with this truck cutting out at 2500 rpm. Now I have a severe oil or fuel leak at the from of the engine, it appears to be coming from somewhere near the HPOP. It looks like oil... Now, I ran the heck out of it on the way home and no cutting out, ran up to 3000 rpm...- Joe83

What oil do you run?
Growing up in Arkansas, I only seen folks using Rotella 15w40. The records on this truck show the previous owner used Mobil One 5w40 or Lubromoly? 10w40. Looks like 3000 mile intervals. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- Joe83

Battery Light On
Battery light came on yesterday. Checked alternator, was not charging. Had it tested and it tested good. The alternator has one heavy wire and one plug with 2 wires. In the plug one wire was corroded, I replaced the plug, now it is charging but the light is still on. Each wire in the plug is...- Joe83

99' F350 Coughing/Sneezing
I recently purchased this truck and it has a few issues, one being.. When I am merging on to the interstate, if I really put my foot into it, when the RPM's get high it will "Poof" and buck.... Then will carry on as nothing happened. If I am cruising, then hammer down, when it down shifts it...- Joe83
