Regulator on the return side???
I remember my thoughts on that pump years ago were the ports were to small to support the fuel volume needed. Could the pump be disassembled and the ports drilled and threaded to a larger size to allow more volume?- Ironman03R

4" in/out flowmaster race muffler. Almost new, it was mocked up on the truck engine fired to see what it sounded like, then put back in the box and truck was sold. Also included is a 4" in 5" out SS tip. $100 for both.- Ironman03R

Allison 6 speed transmision?
I can tell you coming from the big truck world more gears are the answer. The new Ford's have 10 speeds. My 2016 is a 6 speed and I love it. If you can keep an idi in its power band it pulls just fine.- Ironman03R

I hope your wheel bearings hold up for the drive home. We had the same thing happen on dad's 88. Tried to pull camper home in 4x4 but the rr wheel bearings gave out, snapped the axle shaft right off and lost the whole wheel assembly! But after some arguing it was all fixed under warranty- Ironman03R

What’s up with this weld on my valve cover?
I had a truck years ago that had a hole brazed shut on the valve cover. I remember pushrods like to exit there.- Ironman03R

Remote power steering reservoir
I took this off an international bus with plans on adapting it to my truck. It has a filter inside and it's a pretty common setup in the big truck world so I imagine a filter would be easy to find. Or maybe it's just a screen, not sure never took it apart. $10 + shipping- Ironman03R

Dually wheels 2wd vs 4wd
I ran 245/75(I think)/16 on my 94. It was 2wd and had aluminum wheels. I did put a 1/4" spacer between them but had space similar to your first pic.- Ironman03R

You could have one too! It's a Frontier Truck Gear brand, I purchased from CARiD one of our vendors here. Nice product, the finish could be better, it has some blasting shot under the powder coat. That's what ya get from China...- Ironman03R
