    I could use a IP for core. I have a 6.9 I was gonna send to R&D use their 90CC pump and Russ's cam. I noticed on another thread my 6.9 IP was of no use as a core for his purposes. Let me know, thanks.

    good oil for the duramax?

    Ive had several Dmax and they all had synthetics ran and i did oil analysis. Always looked great and even went 15K between changes.

    i converted to duramax..i think

    Ive had a 97 powerstroke, chevy lly duramax and the 2011. Then i decided to go old school and have three ford idis. i trully believe you would be happiest with the duramax. I used mine on farm/ranches hauling trailers to 17k. I had the least problems and most comfort with the Duramax.

    Do most people use the intercoolers from 97-03 trucks? Im assuming the new smaller radiator may make other intercoolers a possibility.
