So I was going to post this in another section but couldn't really figure out which one. I assume at least some of you know that our last USA made suspension company a year or two ago ceased this. Yes its true, ive done so much research on it because I actually care where my parts come from...
This kit retails for over 1100 bucks. The monitor IS BAD. The three cameras, brand new wiring harness etc are all good.
The harness is all coax plug in with the exception of wiring up reverse etc. The monitor turns on but is blue. I acquired this a while back but no longer intend in keeping it...
So I was going to just paint match my newly acquired intercooler tubing but its mild steel and being that there is a lot of radiant heat as we all know in our engine bays I'd like to do as much as I can to keep IAT down.. now I've read its only beneficial to wrap the tubing after the intercooler...
So bigger is always better and my buddy needs a set of 35s and is willing to give me what I paid for mine and theres a 95% tread set of Humvee wheels and tires for sale local for what my buddy wants to give me for just my tires. For what I do with the truck on weekends I think it would be nice...
Ok now I’m torn. The cm bed is sexy as hell and very useful, the other bed pictured I found is well built, dom headache rack etc. I’d bring the fenders in and square them up to make more space on the bed surface id also replace the wood with diamond plate and probably ad some rails to the sides...
So I work two jobs and with limited time I want to pay someone to R&R my engine, do a complete regasket, new valve springs, repaint while its out.
I just got quoted $3000 ish by a shop that charges $75 an hour and I pay for parts.... was wondering the thoughts on that first quote I got.
Reason...
So I need to pull the motor in my 94 f350 idi-t to regasket it mainly due to the front and rear main seals and its the only thing that wasn't "restored" when the truck was done so Id like to give the engine a once over.
With that said I need a vehicle to drive while I do this and I found this...
so for the price the kit was great however the spacers and bolts were too short , had to make my own. The directions to modify the fuel sender totally screwed me as they weren’t for that fuel hat.
I ended up using push lok for my pick up tube and angle cutting the end. I then modified and the...
New gp controller and relay, motor craft, new gp as well zd9s is this thing hooked up properly the extra big eyelet is for my fuel pump... still no wait to start light
So I am not sure what a fair price for a perfectly fine factory unit is but its got 120k miles on it if you want to look at it that way and I will be converting to single tank either this weekend or next.
$100 plus the ride sound fair?
Aside from removing the tank selector valve and all the extra hose for the dual tank setup, is there anything I can do to my factory sender or pick up tube? Ill be converting the truck to the 38 gallon single tank. I know the give extensions for the pick up and ive seen a few write ups to fix...
My buddy has a 1990 bronco hes parting out with a lift kit in it, it coil spring front, I was wondering if anyone had done this? Removing the spring bucks etc and retrofitting it to an f350?
First off, my truck runs fantastic ever since no mufflers did his magic with timing my IP. My friends who have owned diesels all their lives cannot believe how easy this thing fires. Better than any gas job they've owned is what they say.
I have no reason to pull the engine other than my front...
