Cooling system help.
Hey guys, been meening to get around to this but no time.Warm days here in So Cal make me think of addressing the issue.Since I bought the truck the cooling system has never worked.The blower motor does not work I'm assuming at any level,only thing that works is the defrost.Heat is ok but don't...- Defrocked

Blown Head Gasket?
Any recommendations to pressure wash engine bay before or after valve cover gaskets? What is the proper way anyways,cover the IP and intake manifold really good and have at it??- Defrocked

Fair Price?
I would take the powerstroke!!Any money you were gonna spend on the IDI just put toward getting the stroke running. More power and updated interior,kinda:)- Defrocked

Charging system help
Gonna replace the outage regulator then have my alt re-tested at a repair shop...I guess just go from there,really thinking of just upgrading one ay or another since I tow small trailers on the regular.- Defrocked

Charging system help
So I just recently replaced batteries and my voltage on highway with lights,radio,heater on is just shy of 12v.During the day when lights are off my meter reads a steady 13-13.5v.Believe I have a 70 amp alt and was wondering if this is normal voltage.I did check out the 3G upgrade in the tech...- Defrocked

Truck won't turn on now!?!?
Normally I would try and fix it myself but its Monday and couldn't afford to take a couple of days off trying to find the solution.Im an arc welder so my truck is a necessity.Thanks for the help icanfixall and redneckaggie!- Defrocked

Truck won't turn on now!?!?
Had my neighbors mechanic take a look at it and ran some test and figured the gp controller was bad.Slapped a new one on for $90 and problem solved.Weird how the truck died while it was running and it just shutoff as if I turned off the ignition. It's funny but my rig starts easier and even...- Defrocked

How do I jump the fender mounted solenoid?Plugged in the block heater all night and still wouldn't start.Also tried some ether in desperation,no go!- Defrocked

I know fuel is not the issue here,can never be 100% though.Engine cranks but won't start,also WTS light since today is not turning on at all.I checked the fuses for glow plug related parts and they are fine.The only thing I can think of is on the gp harness where it connects to another connector...- Defrocked

Truck won't turn on now!?!?

New headlights
Where did u get these from??Lmc looks like decent stuff. ($300 pair) Just called my nearest Ford dealer and for my body style they are just under $500 each:0,grand total of $1,000 for headlights....Bl@w me while ur at it Ford!!- Defrocked

Cold Starting... Is this normal???
Check your return lines for any wet spots including the return line to the tank,from the lift pump and filter head...Also check the the hard line from filter head to injection pump,inside the hard line at both end there are rubber seals (olives) by the nuts that can dry up and allow air in.There...- Defrocked

Maybe new IP time!!!
Ok so I cut in the T to return to tank on IP and it seems to have fixed the leak.Gonna save up some $$ for the baby moose and injectors so there's no rush.Next is a new glow plug harness along with some new berus!- Defrocked
