OK, this is bizarre... on Friday night I drove home and parked the truck, everything ok. Saturday morning I go out and head for town, I'm moving about 1-2 mph (Yep slooow) and reach up to the gear sheift lever and manually drop it in LOW, the truck comes to a skidding stop! lamp out (bing) PLEASE STOP
don't panic yet, I had a tail light bulb get corroded on the tiny wire contacts and it drove me nuts for a month until it was completely dead and I was able to spot it. Go check the bulbs first, you might be lucky. db- cdennyb

Updated the pump replacement brkt. Here's acoupleof pictures of the new flat plates and the 1/2" stainless tubing feeding the filter housing. Fuel Mileage - Be Honest
I said believe it or not... It's the truth. The wear bars were starting to show completely across the tread but that just means they have about 1/16" left. Still drivable but I started to wonder now and again when I was loaded. The mileage is the best I can do, I certainly get passed on...- cdennyb

lift pump gone, adapter on. I have an 03 ISB Cummins and decided to eliminate the lift pump because it's almost impossible to blow fuel thru the damn thing when they quit workin! How long? Well, I started about noon on a Friday and rolled out to lock up all done and ready to roll by 7:30 that night. So... about 7-8 hrs. And... IT ISN'T ALUMINUM! This bad ass set of miter cut stacks are all 10 ga stainless steel from Turbo to tips. Glad you like them.:thumbsup:- cdennyb

I think it's an older version also, 12V model. But even at that the lift pump should be able to hold steady if the filter is good. I agree with the bypass option thing opening prematurely. good luck.- cdennyb

I used to shop around and sometimes plan to be empty when I went near a truck stop like Petro or ? but now here in Chico, Ca. (Northern Calif) I joined this stupid Safeway member club (for free) and if I go inside and drop $50. on groceries I can go across the parking lot to their fuel island...- cdennyb
