    Apparently my other thread "Help" is having issues so I'll try without pictures. I'm pulling the cork gasket off my oil pan and I'm hoping to get it off without pulling the pan but if I can't quite get it can I pull the pan by dropping the pickup tube or does the oil pump need to come off too...

    In the process of fixing oil pan leak... I used Hi-Tack to put the cork gasket on the pan. How the heck do I get that off? Anybody know of anything that eats Hi-tack?     Where do E4OD's normally run? I just put a temp gauge in mine... I put the sensor in the pressure line to the oil cooler in the radiator so I can see how hot the oil get's before it reaches the cooler.     Oil pan gasket?

    I did a Fel-Pro gasket kit while I had the engine out and the cork oil pan gasket leaks. Can I drop the pan down enough to peel the gasket off and use silicone if I loosen the engine mounts and jack it up a little?
