The PDF file I have is from ford and its for cali trucks for 2000 up, I just have to figure out how to post it. They may have also been used in 6.0's but they were definatly used in 7.3's- Late_99_psd

Best way to clean a rad?
If you use a 15 or 30* tip and keep off it a bit you should be just fine. Definatly dont get right on top of it and bend all the fins over, use a bit of finess.- Late_99_psd

Weird problem
I would guess APPS (accelerator pedal position sensor), but check codes with a QUALITY scanner, the ones at AZ or Advanced arn't compatiable with rigs like ours. They may hook up and read nothings wrong, where a good scanner will tell you the problem. You could have a soft code that wont set...- Late_99_psd

An 02 dosent have a glow plug relay. It has a controller on the driver fender that turns the glow plugs on and off. I would start with a compression test. Like said before, if thats ok its very fixable. If not, RUN! Mine will start fine w/o glow plugs if it is above 40*F so you can use that...- Late_99_psd

Where is the OIl pressure sending unit
Yeah if you unpluged it and you grouned it and the gauge goes through a full sweep then it is your sender ;Sweet Or are you saying it only moves 1/32"- Late_99_psd

Fuel economy mods
Either way a custom chip is far superior then a flash tuner wether you have an OBS or a superduty. The SD's may respond better because they have larger injectors.- Late_99_psd
