    Talk to an alternator shop, they can order larger windings (mine were still 3 terminal setups). It turns into alot of experimenting though. I did it on Delcos since I had so many, but after upgrading to larger windings I had to coat the inside of the alternator to keep it from shorting out...

    Pretty much how I do it, then this one continued to be hard so I cracked some heater lines as AllData says crack the one coming off the pump until it has coolant coming out. I've tried others for kicks but nothing is helping. I've swapped caps with other Fords I have and it isn't helping...

    Group 31 vs. group 34

    I used to use Diehard Golds, then switched to the Platinums when they came out. AGM is so nice, it takes a ton of more abuse as far as draining and sitting. I haven't had a battery puke from vibration even on my offroad truck though

    I think the wire is for the Water in Fuel, not sure as it was like that when I bought the truck a couple years ago.

    Yea it is the timing adapter, finally received the picture. I think I am going to try and slip a new o-ring and cap on in the meantime to see if that is what it is leaking from. I went to loosen the injector line but it wasn't loosening easily, so I waited as I had a trip to make today.

    35's on stock height TTB

    I have '85 F150 only a body lift and cut fenders, I run 37's and DD the truck. The only issue I have is hitting the radius arms but I am running stock offset rims and stock RA's.

    Saginaw Conversion

    I added one to my F150 with 37's and the plow hanging off the front it turns easier than almost any vehicle on the road. I've also modified it a little to work better for my MM hydro winch as well.

    Sorry got busy with other things, not sure on manufacture but they were in the kit from Russ, I think I bought them Fall of 2010 or early 2011.
