Ive had 2.78 tons in my truck and the helpers weren't bottomed out but that was also all back road driving but it never had a problem hauling it, actually the lady running the scale was impressed that it wasn't even squatting bad with the load.
i had 33x12.5x16.5 on my truck with stock suspension and had to trim the front bumper and had a little rub on tight turns but it's a 16.5x12.5 rim not sure of back spacing
most have an adjuster nut back where the line branches out to both drums. as i understand it (don't quote me) the sterling is the axle that you can just pull the drum off with out messing with the axle might be better off getting brake cleaner and clean it out first to see if that's the problem...
sounds like the shoes are stuck to the drum depending on your axle it could be an easy fix or may be a little more labor intensive but i'm sure someone else that knows it better will weigh in on it here soon
i would say 33 or 35 x 15 cause i have 33x12.5 and they barely stick out but hard to tell with out knowing if it has been lifted. i barely fit 33's on stock in the front with no trimming
my problem is not with carquest but with the people that work there when i first bought my truck they told me that a 93 with a turbo never existed and then have tried to sell me the wrong starter with my old one on the counter right in front of them to see
all i have right near me is carquest and every time i try to get a part through them they try to give me the wrong stuff and won't order anything if it's not in there system
the 3/16 was all mel had in stock at the time i ordered and need to get the leaks in the returns fixed so i can run with a little peice of mind intend on doing injectors and ip a little down the road with a new 1/4" kit but really wondered if it was normal for the caps to move a slight bit?
i have a 3/16" fuel return line kit but was wondering if i would have to replace the check valve in the filter head and the fitting to return to the tank as they are 1/4" fittings any help would be appreciated
I need some help every where i've looked on the forum mentions a crossover fuel line but my factory sytem on my 93 turbo doesn't crossover the driver side returns to the tank and the passenger side goes back to the preheater/fuel filter just wondering if this is a different setup?
i have a brake controller i scavenged from a mini van that i planned on putting in my truck but have no idea how to hook it up to my 93 f250 srw idit any help would be appreciated
has 4 wires coming out the back red, white, blue, and black
