    The first year of production didn't have the electronic I believe. but I don't remember the year. A quick google would tell you. Also none of the military 6.5's have the censor.

    so far none, I have had oil in them for about a year. They had glycerin and fertilizer in them before I got them. A lot of farmers and trucking out fits use them for there wmo.

    If you unplug the wire connecting to the fuel shut off solenoid and connect it back do you hear the solenoid click?

    Does it just give a puff of white smoke at start up or does it continue to smoke white at idle?

    Where is the oil, any pictures? If it's all over the right side/drivers side, it's probably the side plate gaskets. There is one behind the injector pump that never gets any love.

    I had this same thing happen to me only it shot the rod out and the slave had to be replaced. I used a self drilling roofing screw as my safety. Worked great ever sense.
