For those of you that have run water methanol, what are the pros and cons for the IDI? Have you had any issues? Also have you seen corrosion on your engine anywhere?

Hey guy, I am converting my engine back to NA until I mover to my house and I was wondering what kind of plug is used to plug the oil feed port? Is there a certain Ford part for it or just a general plug that would work? If it is jsut some general plug, what would I need?
So I was wondering if a ATS turbo off a 1988 F250 with a ZF5 will fit on a 1994 E350 with an automatic. From what I found online is that it is an E4OD. Thanks in advance.
