Fuel trailer for long distance trips?
I've been considering installing a passenger side fuel tank like out of an old chebby truck just for wmo. Gawd those were a PITA to fill, fill one side, pull away from pump, hope nobody snags the pump before you get the truck spun around........... One more reason I refuse to drive one. LOL- jwalterus

Why not just run it through an oil/water separator filter head? I've often wondered why it wouldn't work............ On the other hand, I just settle my drums for a year and pour off the oil in winter. -20° makes a slow pump, but the water's solid in the bottom......... :D- jwalterus

Paint? My whole truck still needs paint! :rotflmao And I wouldn't use a 'glass hood, I detest fiberglass......... I guess I don't think of the price of people buying body panels, for myself it's be a case of grab some sheet from the steel rack, run it through the shear to cut to size, run it on...- jwalterus

Key does nothing replaced bad ignition switch which was necassary but wasn't only problem.!
As far as the wiring, pull the plug from the ign switch, see if you are getting 2 constant power sources at it. Give 'er an ether shot and crank via solenoid. Let us know what happens.- jwalterus

Numbers are just for demonstration here: let's say your eyelets are 42" OC a relatively flat leaf would be 44" a normal arc would be 56" a high arc would be 62" now would be the time to do an RSK- jwalterus

Brake controller install help
Scotch-loks, vampire taps, pieces of junk......... They are the worthless little SOBs that you put around a fully insulated wire and squeeze so they bite through the insulation, half break a good wire, and corrode a wire to the point you have to splice and solder in a few years..............- jwalterus
