    Why not just run it through an oil/water separator filter head? I've often wondered why it wouldn't work............ On the other hand, I just settle my drums for a year and pour off the oil in winter. -20° makes a slow pump, but the water's solid in the bottom......... :D

    Key does nothing replaced bad ignition switch which was necassary but wasn't only problem.!

    As far as the wiring, pull the plug from the ign switch, see if you are getting 2 constant power sources at it. Give 'er an ether shot and crank via solenoid. Let us know what happens.
