    As for diamond plate can you dig at scrap yards for old running boards or topper covers would save a few bucks. Nice trailer progress as well.

    Looked at her today cleaned the bed/cab out,still trying to diagnosis a no start/over issue new batteries,glow plugs go relay starter fuel filter no bowl style. Just has a split second wat to start light then acts like batteries are drained no air at the fuel filter head either brand new fuel...

    I'm with you on the new parts lottery I've bought new starter batteries Gp's fuel pump and gp relay since January of this year I figure by the time all the cremlins are gone I'll have a fresh used 25 yr old truck.

    Fuel Filter Light Comes on & Truck Dies

    Might be a dumb ? Do you have the bowl style fuel filter or bowless style, fuel filter light could also be your sensor that connects to the fuel filter. I need to replace mine once my truck starts again.
